The Mighty Mover
The Mighty Team was selected based on personality and the ability to maintain team cohesion. As with any team, we are only as strong as our weakest link. This is why we expect all parts to work efficiently, and to support each other. Our job description is outlined below, but what makes us mighty is our commitment to go above and beyond.
Expectations
• Mighty Movers are expected to conduct themselves with mighty consideration. It is expected that all employees maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Staff members are expected to also maintain the same standard of cleanliness in the presence of clients as they would in their own homes.
• Always remain respectful with your peers and clients.
• May be required to perform solo deliveries.
• Must prepare for orders 48 hours in advance.

Rest assured that our team members are extremely professional, especially while on a job. We do not tolerate smoking or any foul language from any of or Mighty Members who are helping you move.
